Item 8.01                      Other Events.

On October 24, 2022, BioSig Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) signed a master research agreement with Cleveland Clinic to explore expanded applications for its digital signal processing technology.

On October 24, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing the master research agreement. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
